Salvage One in Chicago is one of our favorite wedding venues in the city. It's got such a unique vibe and every single wedding we've ever had there has been awesome. Above and beyond the great venue, what made this day extra special was the awesome couple. These two didn't shy away from letting us get close and take all the photos we wanted. Jenny also had a smile that lit up the room and made everyone around her feel loved and very comfortable. Her and John got ready separately and had an emotional first look at Salvage One, followed by a lovely Buddhist-inspired ceremony. After speeches and a killer make your own taco bar by Antique Taco, the couple partied the night away, complete with a balloon drop and a spontaneous chair dance.

One of my (Larissa) favorite memories from the day was when me and Jenny were waiting for the bridesmaids to arrive back from a coffee run and we had a really wonderful conversation about her faith and marriage. My heart is so full when we can connect with such wonderful people and be there for them on the most personal and important of days.

We truly have all the vendors to thank, but we especially want to appreciate one of the very best of the best planners, Michelle Ganti for making everything fun, flow and giving us time to be creative. Thank you also do Dustin from Toast & Jam for making the dance floor absolutely rock.

Enjoy some of our favorite photos of the day.
