While we shoot most of our weddings in the city of Chicago, every now and then we get the opportunity to travel out to farm country. We love the wide open spaces, the big skies, the hills and everything else that comes with a country wedding. Jess and Kyle got married on a beautiful fall day at The Fields Reserve in Stoughton, Wisconsin. It was a day full of big laughs, lots of tears, and a family who clearly loves one another deeply.
I first met Jess and Kyle during their engagement session in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. I knew from the moment I met them that they were deeply in love and down for anything. We had so much fun exploring Lake Geneva, and we even trespassed on some wealthy folks property because the light there was insane.
When it came time for their wedding, I couldn't wait to see them again. Their infectious joy and laughter made for such an enjoyable day. And the tears that streamed when Jessica saw her dad for the first time brought tears to my own eyes. Then, not to be outdone, Kyle lost it as Jessica made her grand entrance. To say the day was filled with big emotions and lots of love would be an understatement. And that's one of our favorite things about being wedding photographers. We get to capture some of the most profoundly beautiful moments in peoples lives. It was a true honor to capture Jessica and Kyle's epic love story.
Thank you Jess and Kyle for allowing us to be a part of your incredible wedding. Now enjoy some of our favorite photos from their Fields Reserve wedding.
